“Rolling In the Deep” singer Adele revealed earlier this summer that her next album will boast a more ‘acoustic feel’. Now, reports have surfaced the songstress may be adding a twang to that acoustic sound.
Speaking with Billboard.biz, the singer referred to hearing American country music for the first time “like a four-year-old in a candy shop who’s discovering sweets again.” She elaborated by stating:

“I was exposed to a lot of country, rockabilly and bluegrass. The melodies and to-the-point lyrics I have found in a lot of American styles of music is definitely something I’m going to be pursuing heavily from now on.
