Lil Wayne Hospitalized for Skateboarding Injury

Lil Wayne may be a great musician, but his skateboarding skills are not quite up to that level. The rapper was taken to the hospital after wiping out at a skate park in St. Louis, Miss. last night.
Weezy had to get nine stitches to close a gash over his left eye. Although getting hurt is awful, the wound will be another hardcore addition to the ’6 Foot 7 Foot’ rapper’s face, which already boasts some serious ink.
On his Twitter account, Lil Wayne posted about the accident, writing, “The Lou was good but I busted my fuggin head at the sk8park! 9stitches! Gnarly gash over my left eye! Luv the people.”
Although Weezy fell and hurt himself, this surely won’t be the end of his skating career. The rapper has had plenty of stumbles in life, from stints in jail to beef with other rappers, but he never ceases to come back full force. For all we know, we could become the next Tony Hawk! There is no stopping Tunechi!
