Will Kanye West Be Crowned the Godfather of Jay-Z and Beyonce’s Baby?

Kanye West is one confident fellow, so confident that he is already assuring his friends that Beyonce and Jay-Z will name him godfather to their child. A source told The Sun that West is pretty much positive that Beyonce and Jay-Z will choose him to take on the role, and that he almost feels like it is his baby too since him and Jay-Z share such a close bond.
“Kanye is as excited about the baby as Beyonce and Jay-Z. He’s been saying he’s going to be godfather and is absolutely chuffed,” a source close to West said. “It will be a huge honor for him.”
Although West doesn’t have the best reputation in Hollywood, we think he would make a great godfather. When Beyonce revealed her pregnant belly at the 2011 MTV Video Music Awards, the cameras flashed to Jay-Z, who was grinning ear-to-ear as his pal West jumped around in excitement.
In past interviews, Nicki Minaj has also said that she wants to be the godmother of Beyonce and Jay’s bundle of joy. Can you imagine that? Having Nicki Minaj as your godmother and Kanye West as your godfather? Having famous parents is one thing, but having famous godparents too?! Family parties would be like the Grammy Awards.
