JESSIE J TO SERVE AS A JUDGE AND MENTOR ON UK VERSION OF THE VOICE

Jessie J is joining the UK version of ‘The Voice.’ The singer will serve as one of the show’s judges/mentors for the season that begins airing in the UK next spring, according to the BBC. Congrats on the new gig, Jessie. We look forward to seeing what color hair you have when the season begins airing!
The show will include four judges/mentors on the panel. Who will sit to the left and to the right of Jessie J has yet to be determined. Names are expected to be announced in the coming months. There are rumors flying around that two former ‘X Factor‘ judges — Cheryl Cole, who was ousted from the American version, and Danii Minogue, sister of Kylie — could reunite for this season of a totally different reality talent competition series. That’d make for a judge’s panel full of girl power!
This gig is a big score for the 23-year-old Jessie J, who notched hits with ‘Price Tag’ and ‘Do It Like a Dude.’ The singer’ is psyched to join the show, saying, “It’s all about the voice. I love the idea of being a coach and a mentor and not a judge. I wanted to be involved. They approached me and I was well up for it.”
